Workout wheel

About this wheel

Random workouts are harder to skip because you never know what's next. Spin, do the exercise, spin again. Five to ten spins makes a quick bodyweight circuit you can do anywhere.

Every default exercise needs no equipment. Adjust the reps to your level, or replace the list with moves from your own training plan.

How to use it

  1. Spin and complete the exercise shown.
  2. Rest 30 seconds, then spin again. Aim for 5 to 10 rounds.
  3. Edit options to change reps or add your own exercises.

Questions

How many spins make a good workout?

Five rounds is a quick session; ten is a solid full-body workout for most people. Stop if anything hurts.

Can beginners use it?

Yes. Lower the reps in Edit options, for example 5 push-ups instead of 10, or swap in knee push-ups.

Is this a training plan?

No. It's a way to add variety. If you have a health condition, check with a professional before starting a new routine.
